Ordering
There are 4 easy ways to order:
- ONLINE you can order and pay for your goods online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- EMAIL send us an email (click here) detailing your order and telephone number and we will contact you to confirm details and process payment.
- PHONE Shop hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
NOT OPEN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS.

Payment
Payment may be made using Visa or Mastercard via our secure payment gateway or PayPal.
We also accept money order, and direct deposit (scroll down). Goods will be sent after payment confirmation has been received. When a forward order needs to be placed the full price will be processed and then the order placed. Rarely unforseen circumstances arise with manufacturers and time arrival estimates are exceeded. Should this occur you will be kept informed of the situation and offered a refund if the new delivery times do not suit your needs.

As we are a charity we cannot afford fraud. So our quest for protection is your benefit. We do not have direct access to or store credit card details. Of course if you would prefer - we also offer direct deposit and money order payment options.
